Completing the CQ Credential Masterclass

As a graduate student participating in the Global Careers Institute, you will be given an opportunity to complete CQ Credential: An Equity and Inclusion Masterclass.

The purpose of this credential is to prepare professionals with the foundations to demonstrate the core competency of career-readiness. Per the National Association of Colleges and Employers, “career readiness is a foundation from which to demonstrate requisite core competencies that broadly prepare the college educated for success in the workplace and lifelong career management.”

The CQ Credential focuses on the core competencies of culture, equity, and inclusion that professionals need to be career-ready and up to date. Using results from completing the CQ Pro Assessment, MyCQ e-Learning, and MyUB e-Learning, you will reflect on the results to help inform your journey and maximize your ability to articulate what CQ is and how it helps drive success in the workplace.

Upon completion of the course, you will receive a digital badge and certificate to display on your resume and social profiles.
